Our new simplified payment process allows your clients to pay AO directly, even carried to closing.
- Pay As You Go: Pay as the documents are needed, managing multiple HOA deadlines
- Pay Later: Carry upfront HOA costs and service fees until closing
Now, when you enter an order into the AO portal, you have the power to choose who pays for it.
Choose between the buyer, the seller, or yourself as the requestor, and AO will secure the payment. We've made sure that our direct payment options are as transparent as can be. You'll receive a clear breakdown of fees and have the choice to pay now or at closing.
